ctDNA-Guided Adjuvant Therapy After Pancreatic Cancer Resection
A trial for patients who have had pancreatic cancer surgically removed but still have circulating tumour DNA detectable after the operation. Patients with detectable ctDNA are offered an intensified, ctDNA-guided adjuvant regimen, and the trial asks whether escalating therapy based on the blood test improves disease-free survival compared with standard adjuvant care.
- Indication
- Resected pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma with detectable minimal residual disease
