The atlas integrates phased whole-genome haplotypes with curated pharmacogene star-allele definitions to map how genetic diversity shapes drug-metabolism phenotypes. By resolving haplotypes rather than treating variants independently, the project captures compound and population-specific effects that single-variant analyses miss, and exposes the results through an open, queryable resource for clinicians and researchers.

Haplotype-Resolved Pharmacogenomics Atlas
A population-scale atlas linking phased haplotypes to drug-metabolism phenotypes across diverse ancestries.
