Welcome. Please fill in what you can — anything you skip, we can fill in together later.

When you're done, please click Download YAML at the bottom to save a lab_config.yaml file to your computer. The file never leaves your browser until you send it. Then please email it to Bioinformatics@ucalgary.ca together with:

  • A headshot for each lab member (JPG/PNG, square-ish, ≥600 px). Please name each file to match the member's name — for example, jane-doe.jpg.
  • Your lab logo — if you have one.
  • (Optional) Stitch design pack — see step 02 on the Lab Branding page.

First draft of your homepage usually lands within a month. Questions at any stage? Please email us — we'd rather you ask.

Just the DOIs — we'll fetch the title, journal, and year for you.
